Welcome to the OBSBOT Talent Setting Guide. OBSBOT Talent is a perfect combination of encoder, switcher, recorder, and monitor. It plays a crucial role in the OBSBOT ecosystem by allowing you to monitor, manage, record, and edit video in real-time, then seamlessly stream the signal online. This provides extensive connectivity for OBSBOT camera and webcam products, enabling you to fully exploit ultra-live streaming and production capabilities. With multiple connection methods and built-in production features, everything is ready for your live streaming needs.
OBSBOT Talent offers multiple interfaces for video capture, including HDMI, USB-A, SD card, and even an Ethernet port. It also has two 3.5mm audio slots for audio input and monitoring.
This tutorial will walk you through how to set up your OBSBOT Talent.
Step 1: Connect Power
To power OBSBOT Talent, you can connect the supplied power adapter to the unit and a power source, or install one or two NP-F batteries.
Step 2: Power on the Device
Long-press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the OBSBOT Talent and follow the on-screen guide to complete the initial settings.
Step 3: Connect to the Network
Follow the prompts on the device interface to connect to the network. OBSBOT Talent supports three network connection methods:

OBSBOT Talent supports two login methods: Password and Verification Code. Complete the login process to access the device's main interface.

Step 5: Connect Video/Audio Devices
You can connect video/audio devices to OBSBOT Talent through two HDMI input ports, two USB 3.0 ports, one headphone jack, and one Mic/Line jack. These physical connections allow you to simultaneously connect up to four camera/webcam devices, providing flexibility for various input sources. Simply connect your video and audio devices to these ports as needed to start capturing content.
In addition to these physical connections, OBSBOT Talent also supports IP sources, allowing for the integration of networked devices. After connecting to a network, you can add up to three IP-based streams, making it possible to manage a total of seven input devices at once (four through physical ports and up to three via network connections). This versatility ensures that OBSBOT Talent can handle complex setups, providing a robust solution for professional content creation.
